Job Description

A Leading International 4As Media Agency is looking for a talented digital-savvy to grow with their exciting digital media business in Hong Kong:

Responsibilities

SEM-Focused

  • In-depth, hands on experience in Search platforms such as DS, Adwords and Bing.
  • Lead all SEM executions (from keyword/ ad copy proposals, campaign executions, optimizations to reporting).
  • Be the go-to expertise for all SEM-related topics and discussions (ie. best practices, product updates, platform troubleshooting, key optimization insights and recommendations, etc).


Display & Social

  • Hands-on experience in Display and Social platforms ie. DBM, Facebook/ Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, etc.


Media Planning / Strategy

  • Have a basic, holistic understanding of how each channel comes into play in a larger campaign strategy.
  • Able to build simple media plans to support the clients’ business and digital marketing objectives with the long-term goal to develop complex media strategies
  • and see it to success. Able to interpret data and form sound and solid insights and recommendations.
  • Establish an understanding of all areas of the Dentsu Aegis Network expertise and the products/services we can provide to the clients.
  • Help in preparation for and attend client reviews as required.


Campaign / Project Management

  • Fulfil relevant daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks ensuring that all campaigns are executed to plan and meet the targets
  • Help in preparing performance review presentations
  • Provide regular results analysis, reporting and recommendations
  • Keep clients and account team updated on the status of account activities
  • Excellence in Client Service and effectively manage client expectations
  • Ensure campaign deliverables are delivered on time and accurately

 

  • Work with your Digital Performance Manager to ensure that:
    • campaigns / projects timelines, cost estimates, schedules and forecasts are accurately developed and adhered to
    • campaigns are set up and optimized in the correct way, according to brief and best practices.
    • budgets are spent within daily / monthly limits and invoices are correctly reconciled at the end of each month
    • campaigns are monitored regularly and hit relevant targets
    • reports and presentations are delivered to the highest level of quality and integrity

 

  • Provide mentorship to juniors within the team


Requirements

  • Have at least 3 year of performance-centric experience, ideally within a global/ regional capacity
  • Proficiency in Search and hands-on knowledge in Programmatic Display and Social
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Stack (ie. DCM, DV360, S360)
  • Analytical and strategic-thinking
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to details
  • Excellent client-facing skills: understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, building partnership
  • Able to excel in a high-paced, high pressure environment
  • Able to work collaboratively across teams (agency partners, internal teams, etc)
  • Huge sense of responsibility
  • Exhibits passion and drive to excel in digital media (across branding and performance marketing).
  • Fluency in English – able to communicate clearly and effectively on a day-to-day basis
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Digital Performance Specialist
