We are seeking creative, flexible, enthusiastic, and fun people to join our team this season (beginning in March) to support us in planning and executing educational travel programs throughout mainland China and Hong Kong.

Main responsibilities may include: joining staff training, participating in pre-program meetings, packing supplies, facilitating on-program activities, providing pastoral care for students on program, group management, logistics in dealing with program bookings, and vendor relations.

Our educational programs feature a combination of outdoor and educational activities and cover a wide range of topics and skills. On program, it is not atypical to do an intensive hike one day, a creative arts project the next day, and an immersive tour of the local food culture the day after. We explore many aspects of the destinations we take students to and, therefore, welcome anyone with an eclectic skill set!

Please note: Our business language in English, but our team is multi-cultural. People with all levels of both English and Chinese will be considered, but most of our client-facing programming is done in English.
