REPM Multi-Managers is looking for an investment professional in secondary investments for the full range of deal evaluation and execution across the alternatives spectrum including private equity, infrastructure and real estate based in Europe (in either Zurich or London).

Your role will encompass elements of the entire investment management value chain, from sourcing investment opportunities to post-investment monitoring and assisting with and contributing to marketing and fundraising efforts by the wider team, with a focus on modelling, due diligence and valuation of secondary fund investments including developing and modelling templates from single company valuation up to fund portfolio and roll-up analyses for sensitivities and financing.

Further roles include sourcing and networking directly with sellers as well as indirectly with brokers, ideally across the European market.

Diversity of deal execution capabilities should encompass primary capabilities for restructuring of GPs and stapled deals as well as extending to underwriting and valuation expertise for non-buyout PE (like growth and venture capital) infrastructure, real assets and real estate (whether in a closed or open fund structure).

Execution will include liaising with internal committees, legal, operations / legal and tax staff as well as external parties including brokers, consultants, sellers and financing institutions.

Post-investment responsibilities include monitoring and responding to corporate and operational actions as well as summary and forecast materials for client and investment reporting materials and meetings,

The candidate is expected to assist in the preparation of marketing materials and marketing the capability to potential institutional investors. Therefore the role also includes support of sales & marketing enquiries and building presentations or responding to RfPs.
