Bilingual K-12 School in Chaoyang District, Beijing | Now Hiring(Good English accent)
Secondary School Business Teacher
Start date:Fall 2026
Compensation & Benefits Package:
-Annual Base Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
-Contract Completion Bonus: RMB 20,000 (pre-tax) per academic year.
-Performance-Based Bonus: Up to RMB 10,000 (pre-tax) per year.
Housing:
Furnished on-campus apartment OR Monthly housing allowance of RMB 8,800
Relocation Allowance: One-time payment of RMB 10,000.
Medical Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for employee; optional for dependents.
Visa Sponsorship: Full coverage for work permit & residence permit (Z-visa) for employee.
Flight Reimbursement:
• One-way economy airfare to Beijing for employee + 1 dependent
• Return flight after one full year of service
Tuition Benefit: Full waiver for up to 2 dependent children at Beijing Haidian Kaiwen Academy.
2-year contract
As a Business Studies Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and rigorous instruction to secondary students (ages 11–18), including preparation for IGCSE, A-Level, You will foster a classroom environment that encourages analytical thinking, practical application, and ethical business awareness.
Teaching & Learning
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in Business Studies, Economics, and related subjects.
Teach topics such as business organization, marketing, finance, operations, human resources, and global business environments.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Use a variety of teaching strategies, including case studies, simulations, projects, and technology-enhanced learning.
Prepare students for external examinations and practical assessments.
Assessment & Reporting
Design and implement formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress.
Provide timely, constructive feedback to students and parents.
Maintain accurate records of student achievement and attendance.
Curriculum Development
Contribute to the development and refinement of the Business Studies curriculum.
Integrate real-world examples, current events, and digital tools into the learning experience.
Support cross-curricular initiatives, such as entrepreneurship fairs, business clubs, or student-run enterprises.
