Job Description

1.Teach the IMYC and IBDP curriculum, adapting to students’ individual learning needs.
2.Use inquiry-based and constructivist methods to foster critical thinking skills.
3.Incorporate various teaching strategies and technology to support independent learning.
4.Manage classroom resources and maintain a safe, organized environment.
5.Assess student progress regularly and prepare reports and portfolios.
6.Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and review lessons and curriculum.
7.Encourage and facilitate student participation in math competitions and activities.

8.Supervise and support teaching assistants in classroom tasks.
9.Plan and oversee safe educational outings with proper communication.
10.Actively contribute to team meetings for effective teaching and learning.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above;
3. Clear criminal background check;
4. At least two years of related teaching experience required (Experience of IB teaching preferred);
5. QTS, PGCE or equivalent teaching qualifications ;

Salary and Benefits

1.Base salary 26,500 to 35,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications;
