Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and creative **Secondary Drama Teacher** to join an international/bilingual school in Shanghai Minhang. The successful candidate will inspire students through performance, creativity, and theatrical exploration while supporting their artistic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

* Teach Drama courses to **Secondary students**
* Design and deliver engaging lessons in acting, performance, theatre techniques, and dramatic arts
* Develop students’ confidence, creativity, collaboration, and communication skills
* Guide students in preparing performances, productions, and school events
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Collaborate with colleagues to support arts programs and extracurricular activities

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree or above in Drama, Theatre, Performing Arts, Education, or related field
* Teaching qualification (PGCE / QTS / equivalent) preferred
* Relevant Drama teaching experience preferred
* Experience in international/bilingual schools is an advantage
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* Creative, enthusiastic, and student-centered teaching approach
* **Candidates currently based in China preferred**
