Basic Requirements

- Native-level English proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant educational subjects
- Valid formal teaching qualification and certification
- Minimum 3 years of full-time successful teaching experience
- Fully eligible and qualified for China work visa application
- Excellent communication skills with students, parents and faculty members
- Responsible, passionate, and committed to long-term educational impact

Compensation & Benefits (Pre-tax)

- Competitive Monthly Salary: RMB 26,000 – 33,000, determined by personal qualifications and teaching experience
