Position: Secondary English Teacher

Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Secondary English Teacher to join our dynamic international teaching team in Hangzhou. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching English language and literature to middle and high school students, with a strong understanding of student-centered and inquiry-based learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English language and literature to secondary students.

Develop engaging lesson plans that enhance reading, writing, and critical thinking skills.

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Contribute to the English department’s curriculum planning and academic development.

Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development sessions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level.

Experience with international curricula (IGCSE, A-Level, AP, or IB) preferred.

Native-level English proficiency.

Ability to start immediately.
