Job Description
Chongqing school need Secondary english teacher in August.
Job Purpose
1.Set high expectations which inspire motivate and challenge pupils
2.Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
3.Plan and teach well-structured lessons
4.Adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils
5.Make accurate and productive use of assessment
6.Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment
7.Fulfil wider professional responsibilities
8.Pastoral Care and safeguarding.
Desired Candidates
Nationality : English Native Speakers, from UK is desirable
Education: Bachelor or above
Major: Relevant to the subject you teach or education
Teaching experience: Minimum 3 years of secondary school English teaching experience in an international/bilingual school setting.
Certification: PGCE or PGCEI is highly desirable
Others
manage time to reliably manage and multitask administrative duties and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Ambitious to develop as a teacher.
Strong passion for education and pleasure in working with young people.
Ability to prioritise each student and be responsible for their academic and pastoral well-being.

Salary range: (depends on experience)
Allowance: Housing: 4500-5500RMB/month (depends on family situation)
Flight: 10K/Academic year
Relocation allowance (based on the family situation)
Insurance: Free medical insurance (NOT cover dependents)
Holidays
Public Chinese holidays;
Christmas and New Year holiday;
Full payment in summer and winter vacation.
Others
5 nights hotel reimbursement when relocate to Chongqing
Apartment hunting support;
working visa support and reimbursement occurred in China (includes dependents’);
Overseas visa cost reimbursed applicants only, excludes dependents’;
Children tuition policy;
Overseas candidates shall receive free ticket for the first flight coming to China, including dependents'-- economy, standard baggage allowance.
