Reporting to the Senior Executive, the incumbent will be responsible for maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, handling scheduling problems, coordinating and adjusting work plan to meet unscheduled events and overseas travel arrangement. S/he will support Board/Committee meetings including organizing meetings, typing up, collating and circulating Board/Committee papers and other materials. S/he also needs to produce high quality reports and all other written materials at professional level, assist for preparing and compiling divisional financial and budget related issues, arrange for office purchase orders, answer and screen calls, coordinate activities as directed, keep contacts database up-to-date, as well as any ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Matriculated or above with formal secretarial studies
- With at least 5 years working experience in serving senior executives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent, organized and able to work under pressure, excellent in follow-up
- Attentive to details, responsible and hardworking
- Self-disciplined and able to keep confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
