Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work within the Firm’s audit and assurance department
  • Prepare documents for clients’ approval and signature
  • Handle incoming calls, mails and correspondences

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above with formal secretarial training
  • Minimum 4 years' secretarial/administrative experience. Previous exposure in sizable organisation is preferable
  • Hands-on-knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently
  • Experience in accounting firms and immediate availability is highly preferred
