Job description and responsibilities:


  • Provide secretarial support services to a partner, senior managers and/or managers, including organizing meetings, taking meeting minutes, handling reimbursement matters, making travel arrangements, and etc;
  • Deal with emergency issues independently;
  • Under the direction of the leaders, cooperate with each department's operation;
  • Make conference/meeting arrangements for clients and guests (both internal and external);
  • Supervise the driver support services, including coordination of vehicle issues;
  • Other related tasks.


Requirements


  • At least college graduate education;
  • At least 3 years’ experience in secretary or assistant positions in multinational companies;
  • Good English language skills (speaking, listening, writing, and reading);
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills;
  • Good common sense;
  • Friendly attitude - cheerful and diligent;
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and good problem solving skills;
  • Aptitude in standard computer software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
