Job Description
Job description and responsibilities:
Provide secretarial support services to a partner, senior managers and/or managers, including organizing meetings, taking meeting minutes, handling reimbursement matters, making travel arrangements, and etc;- Deal with emergency issues independently;
- Under the direction of the leaders, cooperate with each department's operation;
- Make conference/meeting arrangements for clients and guests (both internal and external);
- Supervise the driver support services, including coordination of vehicle issues;
- Other related tasks.
Requirements
At least college graduate education;- At least 3 years’ experience in secretary or assistant positions in multinational companies;
- Good English language skills (speaking, listening, writing, and reading);
- Good inter-personal and communication skills;
- Good common sense;
- Friendly attitude - cheerful and diligent;
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and good problem solving skills;
- Aptitude in standard computer software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
