Job responsibilities
• Carry out secretarial and administrative duties including internal and external communication & operation
• Handle personal matters and secretarial support
• Coordinate and arrange meetings schedule and daily workflows.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
Job requirements
• F.5 / DSE / Diploma holder or above
• 1-2 years of work experience
• Some relevant experience would be good, but not required
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Work independently, detail-oriented, self-motivated, well-organized, proactive and able to work under pressure. With positive and can-do attitude
• Able to manage multiple tasks with good time management to meet deadlines
