Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chairman in all-round business and personal issues.
  • Manage Chairman's Office daily operation and supervise associated and secretaries and assistants
  • Take care of the Chairman’s daily activities, assist in prioritizing appointments and meetings, accompany in overseas trips, where necessary
  • Assist the Chairman in maintaining good relations with business partners, developing new business opportunities
  • As directed by the Chairman (either company or private matters), assign works, review & monitor progress of all matters requiring follow up actions
  • Liaise and coordinate with various business unit heads to report to Chairman on the progress of corporate projects and assist to monitor the accomplishment of objectives and targets
  • Assist the Chairman in external liaison & corporate activities, e.g., co-ordinate Chairman’s activities with key personnel of different industries, investment institutes, Political and Government bodies
  • Undertake special and ad-hoc project assignments

 

Job Requirements:

  • University degree holder, preferably with a Master degree
  • At least 15 years and above Executive / Senior Management experience in public or commercial sector
  • Preferably prior Hong Kong SAR Government Administration Officer (A.O.) experience, and possess government relationships and understand its communication protocol & system  
  • Ideally, possess ability to articulate Mainland Chinese government system and its operations & customs
  • Patient, detail conscious and vigilant in caretaking
  • Good business acumen, business minded and able to work under stress and pressure
  • Good business writing and presentation skills
  • Mature, self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal skills to deal with staff of different levels and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluent written and verbal skillsin Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Professionals in business areas, hospitality and PR sectors can be considered
  • Overseas traveling required
