About Our Client

My client is an established financial company, planning to launch a new business in Macau. With strong network of investment partner, they continue to expand and develop APAC business. They are now looking for a secretary/ executive assistant in Macau office to support their business operation.

Job Description

The executive assistant has the following responsibilities:

  • Providing support to a Senior Executive (i.e Senior Vice President or Executive Vice President)
  • Diary management (booking appointments, communication and organisation of meetings and delegation of tasks)
  • Managing correspondence (email, phone calls) including filing and responding to routine communication.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel and meeting schedule
  • Preparation of correspondence, agendas, presentation, reports and minutes
  • To handled ad hoc tasks as assigned by management if required

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate has the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in secretarial support to senior level
  • Outstanding communication skills spoken and written in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Competent command over software application (MS word, excel, power point etc.)
  • Positive team player
  • Excellent organizational skills
