Job Description

 Responsibilities

  • Assist in all related works in HR & Admin. aspects, like handling staff record updating and  maintenance, staff benefit enrollment/termination, training records updating, as well as other administration works in the office operations.
  • Provide full secretarial and administration support to senior executive, including but not limited to appointments scheduling, minutes taking, events coordination and travel arrangements
  • Assists in the preparation, implementation and maintaining the quality management system
  • Maintain an up-to-date filing system
  • Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above with formal & solid secretarial training/ Administration or relevant discipline, etc.
  • 2 years of Administration Clerk/ Secretarial / Personal Assistant experience
  • Proactive, mature, detail-minded coupled with strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Fresh Graduate is also considered
