- T o assist GM of Region East to handle regional projects on daily basis, such as consolidate correspondense, reports and presentations, to take care and maintain the filing system both on hardcopy and intranet of BMBS
- To communicate internal ly with different departments of BMBS and inter-communicate with different teams within Region East on r egional projects basis
- To p rovide secretarial and administrative support to the GM and tak e responsibilities delegated by the GM in terms of managing and tracking of tasks and projects
- Other tasks assigned and requested by GM

Main tasks
- Consolidate presentations, correspondences and reports to GM and manage the filing system
- Daily Support to GM
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the GM and taking

tasks and projects
- Receive and screen telephone calls and visitors
- Organize and monitor the schedule of the GM and arrange meetings, events &
appointments according to the instruction from GM
- Assist in filing, archiving and scanning of the relating documents for GM
- Follow up the proceedings for the paper documents, which have been signed
by GM. Send to F & C, HR, IT or Admin for following approval procedures
- Update GM’s travel plan timely and coordinate the travelling arrangements
(hotels, flights, transportations, visa and etc.) for him
- Daily Reimbursement for GM
- Coordination & organization of events and activities within region
- Coordinate events and conferences and prepare the relating issues.
- Coordinate & communicate with other departments regarding responsible
cross functional activities.
- Communicate with all teams within Region West and other departments for updates on related on-going projects
- To take care of meeting minutes and followup actions
- To maintain T drive with all the project information
- Others tasks delegated by GM
