Requirements

Degree holder in any disciplines
5-7 years relevant experience, preferably in serving expatriates
Solid experience in all-rounded secretarial and executive support
Prior exposure in sizable multinational companies is preferable
Self-motivated, efficient, systematic with good organization skills
Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
Strong communication of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

Assist Executive Director on full spectrum of executive and secretarial support
Arrange travel logistics such as hotel accommodations and expenses reimbursement
Responsible for preparing meeting material, PowerPoint presentation and sales reports
Handle conference and business meetings coordination with internal and external parties
Compile monthly data analysis and maintain accurate e-fling system and database
