Job description
1. Answer calls; receiving visitors.
2. Responsible for secretarial, information, confidential and secret work in the GM office,office archives collection, collation.
3.Organizations are required by law and by custom to maintain certain records for several purposes, including
4. Accurate recollection of decisions;
5. Continuity of policies and practices; and
6. Accountability of directors and officers.
7.Responsible for ensuring that accurate minutes of meetings are taken and approved.
Qualifications:
1.Good communication skills, positive and optimistic, with good service attitude
2. Professional general administrative, secretarial professional like
3. Taiwanese or Hong Kong people are preferred
