Section Head Spreads and New Categories

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial self-starter with strong business acumen to head up the Spreads & New Categories section of our Drinks & Treats business at Mars Wrigley Confectionery. This role will work cross functionally with a variety of stakeholders to bring to innovative products to market using the unique and loved Mars brands.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• You will head up the Spreads & New Categories section of Mars Chocolate Drinks & Treats leading a cross functional team to Identify and deliver short and long term category strategies.
• You will identify and champion the optimum channels and product ranges for Mars Chocolate Drinks & Treats sales generating model, delivering this via external co manufacturers and distributors.
• You will work with suppliers and our R&D team to develop and deliver first class products to meet financial parameters.
• You will ensure all launches are project managed cross functionally delivering against internal and external KPIs.
