HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
The Securities Division is seeking an experienced Trading Floor Assistant in Shanghai to support various teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic team player who can multi-task and excel in a fast paced environment.

Job Summary:
  • Provide excellent administrative and secretarial support to assigned professionals
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendar to meet dynamic and diverse requirements
  • Coordinate complex and changing travel arrangements including but not limited to visa application, flight booking, hotel reservation, car arrangement, venue and room bookings
  • Handle phone calls, emails and visitors in a professional and responsive manner
  • Process travel expenses, payments, purchases, attendance or record updates timely and accurately
  • Share responsibilities as a member of the broader Securities Division assistant team
  • Complete ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experiences in the financial industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, able to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
  • Attention to detail, able to deliver accurate output and problem solve
  • Responsible and responsive, able to meet deadlines in an intense and fast paced environment
  • Professional and discreet, able to handle confidential information appropriately and be compliant with policies and procedures
  • Team player who can share workload and contribute in a team environment
  • Motivated fast learner with a positive attitude and learning mindset
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and comfortable learning new technologies and applications
