Responsibilities:

• Timely identified and addressed the stock trading platform problem and closely collaborated with technology team for problem solving
• Assist in formulating an effective operational processes and training program so as to enhance productivity and achieve persistent result
• Monitor and ensure business operations are compliance with external and internal regulatory and legal requirement
• Prepare UAT test cases and perform UAT to support project rollout
• Conduct various business reviews and forecasts through ongoing product and market analysis of Securities & Futures business
• Evaluate internal and external business aspects to generate new ideas on product features developments so as to satisfy the customer needs and achieve business objectives
• Review and prepare reports on business performance for management to foster new product and optimum retention of existing business
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, or related disciplines
• Professional certifications in financial management or investment related disciplines such as CFP, CFA or HKSI will be an asset
• At least 4 years experience in banking or financial industry with hands-on product development experience will be an asset
• Strong analytical capability and sound experience in research and market analysis

Good knowledge of securities products and their current market trend of development will be an advantage

• Able to operate analytical and statistical tools
• Self-motivated, independent, and with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin preferred
