• prepare documentation, process transactions, and perform other tasks related to control and reconciliation
• resolve outstanding settlement issues and respond to queries from clients and front office teams
• identify and resolve technical issues with reconciliation tool and file management
• ensure compliance with internal control process and regulations
• support system change projects
