• deliver excellence when monitoring pending items whilst also investigating and correcting discrepancies
• understand what we do to be able to launch investigations, provide information and compose correspondence
• transform the bank digitally by increasing efficiencies and utilizing technology
• apply suitable risk management by understanding risks and applying this knowledge to risk metrics
• identify technical issues with reconciliation tool and work closely with our IT department to resolve
