To support a regulatory initiative going live in Sept 2020 and continung throughout 2021, we are looking for a strong candidate to augment to Proxy Voting and Shareholder Reporting team at Global Wealth Management Securities Operations Switzerland. Proxy voting is one of the key services provided to our clients. Shareholders communicate whether they want to attend the annual general assembly (UBS and others) by requesting admission tickets and casting their votes against each meeting agenda item. A dedicated team manages the process to ensure the registration and voting process is completed timely. From Sept 2020, the team is also going to be responsible for facilitating data disclosure requests (share-holder reporting). Successful full-time candidates are expected to manage both proxy voting and shareholder reporting related duties to ensure we can balance the workload and meet service levels throughout the year.
