Job Description
Job Summary Responsible for the supervision and implementation of patrimonial security programs and, custody of the company's assets preventing theft, fraud, espionage / industrial sabotage, and fire. Ensures compliance with the Security company, patrols, and report, responsible to implement programs to avoid illegal activities and ensure EATON's and legal compliance. Ensures implementation and functionality of programs and security processes, as well as corporate standards and policies. Job Responsibilities Plans, supervises and coordinates installation of the security surveillance systems, such as (CCTV), access controls, alarms, perimeter alarms, including fire alarms and keeps control locks and keys. Ensures maintenance of CCTV and intrusion systems, access controls, etc. Management, coordination, execution and maintain the annual Corporate Security programs. Conduct investigations related to fraud and / or actions that result in patrimonial situations or violations. Carry out and / or participates over the vulnerability analysis and provides recommendations. Implement, coordinate, and maintain Loss Prevention Plans for vulnerable areas of the building. Coordinates the Security Service in partnership with the Security zone manager. Ensures the coverage of the security officers to cover the necessary positions in the operation. Provides security for special EATON's events, as well provide support coordinating arrangements for corporate visits. Conducts special investigations in order to support human resources. Responsible for establishing adequate communication channels or coordinating workshops with the relevant authorities for law enforcement and crime prevention Coordinate tasks and assignments with external security personnel and service providers. Provides guidance to employees about their personal security (thru communication program). Prepares reports as required by his supervisor in a timely manner. Supervises hiring processes with security personnel. Use required PPE as needed for the operation, glasses, gown, boots, ear plugs (where applicable) Ensure the necessary equipment for security officers. Ensures employees comply with security standards. #LI-MA1 Qualifications Qualifications Education level required: Completed Bachelor's Degree. Preferably in Criminalistics or Criminology. Years and area of experience required: Minimum 3 years of experience in the position or similar. Technical knowledge: Basic English Use of Microsoft Office Current driver's license. Experience in solving investigations.
