Job Description:

• Provide technical expertise in supporting Security technology
• Assigned to complete technical tasks including Project implementation, Project documentation and Post-sales maintenance
• Perform daily system monitoring, helpdesk support and troubleshooting of Security solution
• Documentation and housekeeping
• Provide 7 x 24 during incident handling
• Willing to work in non-office hours

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in IT related discipline
• Certification on Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point or Juniper are preferred
• Strong knowledge and hand-on experience in security project 
• Good knowledge in Windows and Linux platform is highly preferred
• Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Proactive and initiative, able to complete job assignment independently with min supervision and meet tight deadline
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
