DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accountable for the overall security of the Client’s assets in accordance to the client contract scope of work.
Responsible for the proper functioning of guards services and security systems/equipment services, through the utilization and management of vendors.
To actively seek optimization and continuous improvement opportunities in security performance.
Keep abreast with the latest developments in security and safety requirements and maintain close liaison with local law enforcement agency and police.
To maintain and schedule personal hours to facilitate special security considerations at any time of the day or night. Conduct investigations and liaise with relevant authorities on all matters pertaining to security incidents.
To review all incident reports prepared by security officers to ensure that all related information are accurate and available for references or follow-up action.
To exercise utmost confidentiality and discretion with regards to information relating to any incident reports of the company.
To attend meetings and briefings as required by the Client.
To ensure all guard manuals are compiled with Client’s SOP.
To prepare department budget according to financial pass-down and to ensure all department expense is within budget.
To ensure no EHS violations in daily guard/ system operations through timely pass down and internal audit.
Well understand department needs, to establish comprehensive JD for each staff.
Effective communication internally and externally to ensure no understanding gap in daily operations.

COMPETENCIES:

Degree/Diploma in Security Management or its equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity.
High level of integrity.
Strong leadership skills and ability to train, lead and supervise a large contingent of security personnel.
Good command in English Language.
Past experience in factory is preferred.
Process strong analytical aptitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
