Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
• Manage the outsourced security team operations and identify opportunities for improvement
• Oversee all security-related and car park system
• Lead the outsourced security team to work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operation and security control during special events
• Conduct investigation on incidents, complaints and illegal cases
• Coach and train the security team to provide outstanding service to client and visitors
• Support ad hoc projects and assignments

Job Requirements

• Completed Form 5 or above
• Holder of a valid Security Personnel Permit (including Category A & B)
• At least 10 years' relevant work experience in hospital industry/ law enforcement background of which 3 years should be in supervisory positions, candidates with 5 to 10 years' relevant work experience will also be considered
• Good knowledge of local criminal law, crime prevention techniques and surveillance facilities
• Team player with excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Able to work on irregular hours and when necessary

Compensation and Employment Terms

Appointment will be made on a 3 year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
