You are committed to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our colleagues and guests, and the security or our company assets is an integral part of Hotel operations.

What you will be doing:

• Consistently offer professional, engaging and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues
• Regularly patrol all areas and buildings on ibis budget Phnom Penh Riverside properties.
• Manage presence of trespassers and unauthorized persons found on property according to ibis budget Phnom Penh standards.
• Promptly respond to any activated fire prevention devices, investigate causes and report findings.
• Respond to guest and staff concerns, including first aid and casualty care in a prompt, caring and helpful manner
• Complete daily log of shift activities and provide appropriate sections to departments within the hotel for follow-up

Your experience and skills include:

• Having a positive attitude and be able to work under pressure.
• Completion of Fire safety/fire fighter training is an asset
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
