Main Duties: 主要职责:

1. To conduct security escorts to specifically protect property, persons or to guard against conditions detrimental to the hotel.
对指定的财产及人员进行保护，以防任何不利酒店的行径。

2. To carry out guest room admittance requests as required whilst following hotel policy.
根据酒店政策实行客房管理要求。

3. To provide access as required, to high risk areas to exact vigilance in protecting assets, and to secure the area upon completion.
按要求提供安全通道,谨慎保护酒店财产,确保高风险区域途径的安全。

4. To control access to serious crime/natural disaster scenes for the preservation of evidence pending the arrival of authorities.
官方未到场时保护并控制好严重犯罪或自然灾害的发生现场.

5. To execute employee package/bag inspection as directed by hotel policy.
根据酒店制度指导员工对酒店员工的行李及背包进行检查.

6. To maintain legible and accurate records of all control centre documents
to include General Security Log, Key control, Lost and Found and Visitor Passes.
集中所有文档,包括保安部日常记录,钥匙管理,失物招领,访客登记和访客出入证等,将此类文件按类归档.

7. To attend to, report and follow-up on all reported quest disturbances or alleged theft incidents assuming that the established policies and procedures are adhered to.
按照程序来防止骚扰客人事件及违法偷窃行为,并进一步重视安全方面项目及管理方面的回顾.

8. To maintain routine Security officer patrol reports to ensure of security and safety standards.
按照酒店安全标准指定保安人员巡检路径报告。

9. To review all occurrence reports prepared by security officers to ensure complete information, relevance, accuracy and follow-up inquires.
批阅员工所写的事件报告确保内容的完整性，相关联性，准确性，并进一步跟进查明。
