POSITION SUMMARY

The incumbent is responsible for protecting the properties and ensuring order and safety within the casino premises, abiding by all Company and Departmental policies and procedures.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

1. Ensure that all Company policies and procedures are strictly adhered to, and to report any breach of this policy or procedure to the Security Manager/Shift Manager;
2. Guard property against theft, fire, vandalism and illegal entry;
3. Patrol the gaming floor and casino area periodically;
4. Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles in prohibited areas;
5. Ensure that patrons entering the property meet all requirements from DICJ and the Company;
6. Escort inebriated patrons from the premises;
7. Examine Doors, windows, and gates to ensure that they are secured;
8. Watch for and report any irregularities such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes and Security doors left unlocked;
9. Remain alert and vigilant at all times;
10. Other duties as required by the Security Manager/Shift Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• Secondary / high school education preferred
• Physically fit and healthy
• Able to communicate in Chinese and/or English
• Experience in casino Security operation an advantage
• Good communication skills and experience in customer service a plus
• Must be available to work set shifts and cover alternate shifts when necessary
• Familiar with Security procedures
