Responsibilities:

1. Update security Agile WI and policy and submit in system
2. Security administrative affair
3. Check the monthly security guards’ attendance, analyze the OT data and buy-off the monthly security service fee payment
4. Indoor or outdoor security operation leader & contractor management
5. Badge and key administration
6. Submit SIR in system and issue SIR monthly report
7. Security awareness improvement and consolidation, implement the security training and track the completion situation

1.       Bachelor’s degree

2.       Familiar with the office software (Excel/Word/PPT)

3.       Good English reading and writing ability
