All 232 guest rooms and suites from the 38th to 49th floor of the tower are equipped with an intimate atmosphere and attentive service.
Swissôtel Foshan is managed by a professional, friendly and dedicated team of Leaders. To strengthen our team, we are looking for:
POSITION: Security Officer
Reporting to the Assistant Security Manager and Security Manager . To offer all assistance possible to guests , efficient and flexible service consistent with Swissotel Foshan Standards Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:
  • Responsible for the security of all hotel areas, internal areas, floors, service areas, fire escapes
  • Knows and implements all safety and fire regulation of the hotel
  • Escorts accounting money carrier staff
  • Deals with guest problems and investigates these problems (theft, disturbance and etc.)
  • Helps the guests when necessary
  • Controls and waits at banquet entrance
  • Responsible for the security in the Lobby, waits in the Lobby, checks guests at check-in and check-out
    Keep the lobby in order; Persuade politely or stop the guest from blatancy, sleeping on the sofa as well as any acts of vandalism.
  • Responsible for the staff entrance, checks people coming from outside

QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking for a candidate with right attitude, who is a team player and can work well under pressure. In addition, he/she should possess:
•Previous service experience is preferred
•Good verbal & written is a plus
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•Highly responsible & reliable
