Act as the primary administrators with the highest level of access to CCure and Genetec systems.
Implement the Security standards from a software perspective as approved by Global Assistance and Protection business group.
Program iOT devices such as iStar Controllers, Doors, different I O devices, CCTV cameras, Archivers to ensure they are functioning properly as per Security requirements and standards.
Facilitate and lead information exchange with the main software vendor Tyco and Genetec , local integrators, local Workplace and business to drive effective resolution to any incidents software hardware .
Troubleshoot hardware issues by coordinating with local integrator and other support groups and maintain ownership of all incidents until they are closed.
Manage the Ticket escalation process with Tyco Security Products and Genetec regular updates and follow ups
Ensure that CCure and VMS software is current with respect to all manufacturer issued upgrades, patches and fixes in all technical environments
Testing of incident repairs, patching, upgrades, system changes e.g., firewall rules including all required regression testing prior to recommending applying any software changes to the production environment
