RESPONSIBILITIES ·

Aid in the development and revision of security operation center procedures, protocols, and systems · Log all incidents to ensure historical data can be collected and analyzed · Regularly draft detailed incident reports based on recent happenings · Ensure efficient and cost-effective staffing and scheduling · Conduct shift briefings to provide updates and assignments for the SOC staff · Develop and execute trainings on all SOC functions · Provide first-line supervision, mentoring, and leadership of team members · Evaluate and provide feedback on team performance · Thrive in a fast-paced environment to deliver world-class consistent, quality, and customer focused security products and services · Support initiatives to strengthen internal and external partnerships with local and state law enforcement, federal agencies, third party vendors and community organizations

REQUIREMENTS ·

4+ years of experience leading teams in corporate security or emergency management · 2-3+ years of global security operations center experience · Experience with video management software and video investigations · Willingness to work alongside direct reports as well as handle discipilinary issues in a professional manner · Working knowledge of security systems and technology · Ability to respond quickly to security, safety, and sensitive situations · Availbilty to work evenings and weekends as needed · Ability to speak, read, and write in English
