Our client is one of the top-tier banks in Hong Kong and Worldwide. Located in West Kowloon, our client is looking for a suitable candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Update operation procedure to meet client expectation
• Outline security operation process and deliver to team member
• Supervise day to day operation including control room and access control duties
• Manage duty shift roster and manpower for the team
• Incident coordination and report compilation
• Case study and record analysis

Requirements:

• F. 5 - F. 7 or DSE
• 5-8 years of working experience at supervisory level with good knowledge in security or property management field
• Relevant working experience obtained from prestigious commercial properties is an advantage
• Mature, customer-oriented, independent with excellent interpersonal skill
• Good supervisory and communication skills
• Shift duties required
• Valid Certification in First Aid, Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and Automated External Defibrillation (AED) training are highly preferred
• English medium preferred, English as a Second Language required. Must be able to communicate both in English & Cantonese (understand, read and write)
• Strong PC skills and proficient in MS Office applications of Word and Excel
• Immediately available is highly preferred
