• Develop local security policy include security management system, access control policy and emergency response plan，etc.
• Assess the security risk to the business base on the local information and other security criteria and mitigate the risk through effective people or/and technical control.
• Supervise and optimize the KPI of security service vendor onsite. Maintain the security service to the highest level in line with corporate policy and local operation requirements.
• Ensure regular evaluation of security performance for quality, cost, effectiveness, etc.
• Interfaces with internal business partners to discuss security services provided, identify problem area, provide recommendations for security solutions and take corrective actions.

? Maintenance of data and record for security management.

• Support with security related incidents investigation (like freight losses, internal property losses, workplace violence threats etc.) within the Global Security Investigations program, this include ensuring adherence to accepted standard practice.
• Deliver professional investigative results in complex, sensitive and high-risk incident situations.
• Leverage both internal and external resources in the performance of investigations as required.
• Conduct informational and/or investigative interviews to obtain information to confirm facts and support investigative findings.
• Ensure appropriate case management and integrity of case files and investigative data. Interpret investigative information and provide feedback and consultation to strengthen and improve business processes.
• Deliver professionally written investigative reports incorporating all evidence required to support investigative findings and identify causal factors to facilitate post-incident reviews.
• Requirement :
• • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of security working experience, and minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a cross-functional organization.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English language skills
  • Working knowledge of security processes such as:
  • security and fire technology
  • emergency and crisis management
  • physical security
  • security technology
  • quality assurance for purchased service
  • Proven ability to be agile and work effectively in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and respond rapidly to emerging incidents and situations.
  • Excellent coordination, project management, and organization skills and comfortable with a multi-tasking in a high-energy environment. Should be creative and analytical problem solver with a passion to provide excellent customer service.
