Responsible in ensuring the overall safety of the guests, employees and property premises.

Formulates programs to ensure safety and security all the stakeholders.

Investigates and reports any violations to law or property policy, occurrences of accidents, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situations.

Relevant security experience in a luxury Hotel is an asset.

Fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures, CPR and First Aid Management.

Excellent communications skills, both in written and verbal is required.

Strong user knowledge of safety and security equipment.

Strong guest relations and problem solving abilities.

Proficient in MS Office.
