Residences Security Supervisor

Summary of Responsibilities

The Security Supervisor oversees the daily activities of the security personnel and reports to the Assistant Security Manager. They also will be assigned or delegated for all specific works/tasks, projects, administrative duties, investigations, inspections etc. Also responsible for all initial medical aid contacts and act as first responders assessing and rendering appropriate first aid and/or cardiopulmonary resuscitation, rescue breathing, or other life-saving technique. If necessary and prudent, request the dispatch of additional Emergency Services Personnel, such as paramedics.

Qualifications

Candidates for this position must have at least one year of experience as a Security Leader / Supervisor. Requires average levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities in the fields of Security, Emergency Services, and Safety as applied to the luxury hotel field to perform the job successfully. The incumbent possesses the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently.
