1. As the security coordinator, cooperate with AE-Wuj & DC-Wuj.

2. Implement the company's rules and regulations to protect the interests of employees and property of the company.

3. Management of external security personnel, security team for shift arrangement, discipline rectification, attendance coordination, performance appraisal, etc.; irregular post inspection and test for quick response, correct the disciplinary behavior of various personnel, and supervise the security personnel to strengthen the inspection of the plant area.

4. External security personnel training: including central rules and regulations, Bosch Security management regulations and other relevant rules and regulations; regular supervision of security personnel professional knowledge learning, military training and fire training and various emergency drills.

5. Work supervision: daily inspection and problem correction and improvement for each post according to WI; give ideological work to team members, check the contents of the security duty record, and deal with the problems in time.

6. Emergency case handling: in case of emergency events (such as natural disasters, employee injuries, etc.) during the shift, timely rush to the site, report correctly and effectively, and assist relevant personnel to handle properly, and complete the incident report afterwards.

7. Staff service: making and issuing all kinds of cards and annual audit; providing comfortable indoor greening service and healthy drinking water service by regular inspection and maintenance.

8. Waste support: daily disposal and weighing supervision

9. Restricted area management: regularly review and update the protective measures, access control authorization and authorization letter of the defined restricted area.

10.Design, audit and OPL tracking of security system in the workshop

-Junior college above

-At least 5 years of experience in team management.

-Family in changzhou

-Processing the experience of incident investigation and accident controlling.

-Well aware of BOSCH security requirements.

-Knowledge and understanding of all applicable practices, laws, and regulations, e.g. fire protection regulation,  environment & safety safety regulations, trouble shooting skill
