Can you establish and drive the growth of our new business venture across EMEA
in all segments and markets?
As part of a global strategic imperative, we are expanding our solution
offerings to include our Commercial Security proposition. We are looking for a
leader with deep expertise and demonstrable success in the IT security sector.
You will Identify & develop key opportunities for Lenovo or strategic partner
security solutions. The solution priority focus short term will be around AI
Enpoint Protection – via our SentinelOne ThinkShield solution), SDO
(ThinkShield Authentication), and Absolute (Asset Visibility & Management).
You will define sales and go-to-market strategies, create sustainable
quarterly business plans and collateral materials. You will report to our
Executive Director based in Switzerland.

What else will the role include?
• People management & team leadership for Commercial Security BDMs located in
target markets across EMEA
• Develop & maintain a clear strategy for target routes to market with aim to
grow the security business across EMEA. Ensure this is aligned with key
stakeholders at all levels.
• Represent company in key initiatives and develop relationships with relevant
IT security business partners and system integrators
• Work with the sales team to ensure the company is seen as preferred vendors
for customers and business partners for security related solutions and
offerings
• Develop and track objectives and KPIs to measure the team performance
• Liaising regularly with a number of internal stakeholders including sales
staff, services and operations team members
• Support BDM sellers in strategic opportunities, support Local sales to
develop opportunities in EMEA markets without BDM coverage
• Implement a variety of information security products – both hardware and
software
#### Position Requirements:
What do we expect?
• A background in Business Development and Sales within End User Computing
solutions portfolio, specializing in the Device and Data Security portfolio
• 7+ years’ experience selling cyber security solutions and technology
• Appreciation of risk management and information security frameworks
• Familiarity with information security compliance standards such as PCI DSS,
ISO 27001 or ISM
• Exposure to security products such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability
management and threat intelligence
• Broad knowledge and experience with multiple ICT technologies and
environments, e.g. Windows and Linux servers and workstations; network and
communications devices (firewalls, routers, switches); security appliances
(IPS, UTM, SIEM); application delivery technology; and web publishing
platforms
• Knowledge and experience with Windows Server environments, Active Directory
including Group Policy, and the various security mechanisms within Microsoft
operating systems and enterprise environments.
• Previous team lead and/or people management experience preferred •
Presentation skills with demonstrated experience dealing with client face-to-
face or virtually.
