Job Description

A unique opportunity to develop new features and maintain innovative technology on multiple platforms and OSs as part of a highly technical team that creates the next generation of innovative Multi-Device Experiences.

You will be responsible for:

  • Red Teaming and Vulnerability research
  • Discovering vulnerabilities and weaknesses in the architecture, design and the implementation of MDE products.
  • Driving security audits and investigations to ensure design/implementation meets architecture objectives.
  • Active role in security architecture definitions to ensure architecture thoroughness.
  • Work with security champions, architects, and validation engineers to ensure timely completion of all Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) activities, risk assessments and mitigation of risk associated with projects.
  • Objective, independent reviewer of the product's security artifacts and risks.
  • Validation of security artifacts and working closely with MDE's software engineers to ensure the delivery of quality and secured software.


Qualifications

  • Applicants should ideally possess atleast 6 years of experience in the field of system security research and excel in exploring software techniques as a method of attack against targets within computing systems.
  • Passion for understanding latest attacks in the industry and applying to Client platforms where applicable.
  • Applicants should have In-depth expertise and experience in five or more of the following areas, including security threats, vulnerability research and security development lifecycle practices:
  • Knowledge of OS Internals (At least one) and their vulnerabilities: Windows, Linux, Android, iOS
  • Experience with design and development of Windows Desktop apps
  • Strong knowledge with network protocols (TCP, UDP etc).
  • Security analysis and vulnerability assessment
  • Reverse engineering skills
  • Exploitation and mitigation technique developments
  • Security testing techniques including fuzzing and pen-testing
  • Paper publication, participation in bug bounty programs, recognitions from products and brands will be highly considered.


Additional qualifications (good to have one or more):

  • Knowledge of security technologies: authentication, cryptography, security protocols
  • Strong network in security community, ethical hackers, academia
  • Knowledgeable in one or more programming languages including low level assembly, C, Java, Python etc

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
