#### Position Description:


-Initiate and participate in the review of security strategies, plans, procedures, standards and service levels for Lenovo Indaiatuba.
-Maintain a consultant and working relationship with internal constituencies, to include Lenovo Indaiatuba staff and visitors.
-Maintain a consultant and working relationship with external constituencies, such as key enforcement, diplomatic, intelligence and regulatory agencies; as well consultants, contractors and peer industry counterparts.
-Serve as a company security liaison for all matters relating to the protection of personnel, information, assets and Lenovo reputation.
-Conduct and coordinate complex and/or sensitive investigations involving criminal or unethical behavior, as well as violations of Lenovo Corporate policies.
-Consult with supply chain and provide guidance for AEO compliance and all other security programs and certifications in Brasil.
-Identify and direct the appropriate level of security training and awareness initiatives.
-Assist with executive protection arrangements for special events, executive level leadership meetings, or as required.
-Remain current with innovative industry practices for security and safety management, systems and solutions and apply best-in-class-practice(s)  
-Monitor and advise Indaiatuba managers regarding threats and trends that may affect the Lenovo operations in Sao Paulo area.
-Gather and document metrics that measure loss, offense, frequency and severity of security and safety events and provide recommendations to mitigate or prevent recurrence.

#### Position Requirements:


-Bachelor's degree
-ISO Systems (ISO 14001, ISO45001, SA8000 and others)
-Legal Requirements on policies, procedures and processes for the Office and Industrial Operation.
-Social responsibility
-AEO - CTPAT
-English
