The Role

 

 

We are looking for a driven Segment Finance Manager to join our Service & Finance Team on a 12-month fixed term contract.  This is an important and exciting role in our business, in which the successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the Sales & Marketing team to help drive improved business sales and profit performance, monitoring performance against agreed plans and forecasts.  You will work with the Mars Wrigley business to reduce working capital requirements and drive cash generation, and work on improving financial processes and controls.

 

Reporting to the CFO, some of your key responsibilities would be:

• Financial partnering with the Mars Wrigley Marketing & Sales teams
• Measuring performance against plans including sales and profitability
• Active involvement in S&OP+ process to ensure a robust financial forecast is used in management decision making
• Working Capital process improvement, monitoring and advice to wider business
• Finance and non-finance control improvement

 

What are we looking for?

• CA/CPA Qualified is preferred
• FMCG experience is preferred, but not essential. Commercial experience required.
• Relationship building skills & experience in stakeholder management
• Excellent analytical skills
• Drive for results, an eagerness to learn & grow, and the confidence to have robust conversations
