Job Responsibilities: Acting as an entrepreneur for the business segment with People & Profit responsibility Responsible for the execution of grid control customer solution projects, including bid management and lifecycle management Serve as a managerial interface to customers, resolving issues with customers Review of project activities, costs, operations, and forecasts data to determine the progress of the unit and aligning operational strategy with headquarters Develop and implement work processes to promote effectiveness and consistency of business results Provide leadership through developing a culture of accountability, ownership, transparency and collaboration Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Management of Information Technology or comparable At least 15 years of experience in a managerial role in operations management in a multinational company in technology infrastructure, ideally in grid control Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale OT projects Ability to manage multiple software integration projects in an international setting, effectively meeting deadlines Excellent communication skills with all levels of a multinational organization with the ability to facilitate teamwork across functions Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, excellent problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Rock-solid utility industry know-how and network, in grid control and/or smart grid applications & either communications or substation automation Strong understanding of the smart grid arena and IoT integration, especially grid control workflows, SCADA, demand response, microgrid, Decentral energy, IoT analytical applications, GIS and asset management, end-to-end digital twin for energy Experience in international agile software development and scaled agile frameworks Track record in a software solution architect role Experience and knowledge of cybersecurity implementation rules This role is based in Mumbai, where you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries – and the shape of things to come.
