This exciting role offers opportunity to: Deeply understand one or more market segments in the field of electric and pay attention to the growth and development of market segments Determine the positioning and key information that can reflect the differentiated characteristics of product solutions in each market segment Support Product management team to improve the competitiveness of products Responsible for the development of marketing elements (marketing materials, marketing equipment, customer cases, etc.) and the listing of products and solutions Manage the market segment performance and cooperate with surrounding departments to promote the achievement of market segment objectives Partner with sales to explore customer needs, design and deliver customer projects, engage customers, and translate identified opportunities into detailed technical offering and proposals Deliver customer-centric solutions & development proposals Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above >3 years work experience in a multinational company. Leadership, management and communication skills. Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in project management. Analytical and presentation skills. Familiarity with MS Office software and Excel, PowerPoint and Project in particular. Financial knowledge for non-financial. Proficiency in English both verbal and written. EE or MBA background preferred. Direct product management or engineering work experience is a plus. Strong independent problem-solving skill. With pre-sales support experience is preferable.
