Position Description:
Be part of a growing and exciting transactional eCommerce business. The
Lenovo.com SMB Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and
executing digital marketing campaigns that generate awareness & consideration,
drive transactional sales through online and phone routes, and build customer
loyalty among small and medium sized businesses (employee size 1-250).
Our ideal candidate will possess demonstrated demand generation experience.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders, programs managers, as
well as other internal groups to develop and execute campaigns and evaluate
results. The Segment Campaign Manager will be part of a collaborative,
creative, and metrics-based team whose goal is to increase performance and
revenue. The position will drive the lifecycle engagement through relevant
contact, messaging, and offer strategies. The individual must be a self-
starter and able to take projects from strategy through to execution with a
high attention to detail coupled with innovative thinking.
Organization:
You will report to EMEA eCommerce Demand Generation Manager in Ireland.
Responsibilities:
• Develop a comprehensive lead generation plan across multiple channels to
drive sales and ensure revenue growth for the company
• Work with internal Demand Center to optimize spend, creative, and messaging
amongst lead generation vehicles
• Build demand generation plan to increase new customer acquisition in the
focus segments to develop customer base & retention
• Create highly engaging, strategically focused campaigns that spark interest
from our target audience
• Development of marketing success criteria, with tracking & readout against
goals done on a weekly basis
• Translate business objectives into marketing tactics
• Adapt global marketing assets for use against targeted SMB audiences
• Develop Segment audience segmentation strategy, including messaging, routes,
creative, and products
• Coordinate with eCommerce campaign calendar, submit creative briefs and
coordinate execution across marketing teams
• Drive engagement by developing and executing lifecycle communication
strategies for the segments
• Lead marketing test strategies and methodologies to identify attributes of
successful offers, content types, and delivery tactics, and when required,
refine strategies based upon findings
• Oversee and QA all marketing work streams to ensure all elements of the
campaign are accurate prior to launch
• Coordinate site experience with online merchandising and sales
• Partner with the tele-sales organization to facilitate customer acquisition
and opportunity identification
• Evaluate funnel conversion, repeat and penetration rates, and engagement
metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of metrics
• Participate in defining requirements for CRM infrastructure and campaign
reporting
#### Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
• 5-7 years experience and proven track record executing successful B2B direct
marketing programs; paid media experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and results oriented
• Strong organizational, project management, analytical and quantitative
skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to be a team player
• The ideal candidate would be a resourceful, self-motivated individual
willing to be flexible and adapt to changing requirements when needed
• Candidates must have strong critical-thinking and problem solving skills
• Background in marketing principles, and experience with database management,
email marketing, marketing automation systems, and CRM systems, preferred
• Strong collaborative experience in teaming with Sales to drive results
