Our Client is a Shanghai based studio set up in 2014; over the last few years they’ve been focusing on VR/AR. Their team is currently working on two larger projects- game and PC/mobile cross platform survival action game and hence they need people with experience and that can hit the ground running. A right fit candidate will be offered a competitive salary; candidate’s preferred location is China, exceptional talents will be offered a relocation.

Right now we are looking for a Senior 3D Artist to join their international team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Work closely with the art director, art lead, and creative team to develop concepts, prototypes, and production ready content.
Work closely with engineers and designers to integrate art assets efficiently. Good at rapid iteration of game design and aesthetics.
Produce high quality 3D assets, including weapons, vehicles and environment assets.Generate 3D renderings of different styles adhering to the project art direction.

Requirements:

A minimum of 4+ years modelling experience.
Good at realistic texturing.
Good 3D skills.
Deep understanding of PBR workflow.
Knowledge of UE4 and scripting languages is a big plus.
BA degree in studio art, computer graphics, or technical field.
Portfolio (preferred but not required to apply).

Salary range: USD 70k-90k
