Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Main responsibility to conduct full-process 3D design within the Creative department, as well as throughout the project preparation and execution process, from conceptualization to realization. Create plans and visualizations using computer-aided design software allocated by the Company. Reports directly to Creative Director and Design Director
- Manage, and work closely with Graphic Designer and account servicing/project team to provide clients with high-quality, professional and architecturally-sound event set-ups. Manage sourcing of fair construction-related third-party vendors, budget evaluation and communicate with builders in the entire process
- in acting as bridge between Creative department and all others, ensuring original creative design is realized in all integrity onsite, thereby ensuring quality, creative intent and architectural safety. Responsible partner with project team as stakeholder in venue checking, selection, safety, feasibility, and handovers
- Developing relevant tender documents to include detailed itemizations, choice of materials, colors, furniture, guideline for light/sound/AV and planning of technical-related elements
- Complete all assignments in timely manner as assigned by direct report manager
- Complete all additional assignments as deemed necessary by direct report manager in timely manner
Requirements:
- Achieved at minimum Bachelor’s Degree in respective field or higher, with at least five (5) years’ relevant professional experience
- Applied knowledge and proficiency in 3D Design, event architecture, design software, working and visualizing in 2D and in 3D.
(3D Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) - Portfolio of relevant professional design works to demonstrate design experience and aptitude
- Able to think critically, understand complex situations and requirements, operate under stressful and pressure-driven work environments, and work closely with co-workers in a solution-driven manner
- Mandarin as your first language, with excellent spoken/written English language skills
- Good judgement, flexibility with working hour
